Terms of Use
Clear terms for using Luvendo — provider, permitted use, liability and Premium.
0. Service provider
The site is operated by Luvendo Media, Teikankaantie 330, 39530 Kilvakkala, Finland. Business ID: 9753186-2. Contact: 03 4587656 · [email protected].
1. Nature of the service
Luvendo is an information service that publishes public Eurojackpot and Viking Lotto results, archives and statistics. We do not operate gambling and we do not sell lottery tickets.
2. Limited licence
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated collection or commercial republication of the data is prohibited without written permission.
3. Limitation of liability
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that results are completely error-free. Official draw results are published by each operator. Luvendo is not liable for damages arising from any discrepancy between official data and the data published on this site.
4. User account
Creating an account is free of charge. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Premium subscription
Premium is a paid digital service that is activated on your account after successful payment. Prices (VAT included): €4.90/month with recurring monthly billing, €39/year with recurring yearly billing and €129 as a one-off payment without recurring billing. The applicable price is confirmed on the checkout page before payment.
Billing and renewal. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Charges are made to the payment method you provide, through our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers — the payment provider processes them in accordance with PCI DSS.
Cancellation. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Premium features remain available until then. Charges already made for the period are not refunded upon cancellation.
Right of withdrawal (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6). Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately, we ask for your explicit consent to start the service immediately and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Chapter 6, Section 16). If you do not give this consent, the service will not be activated before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Failed payments. If an automatic charge fails, we will retry within the next 14 days. If the charge still fails, Premium features are disabled, but your account and its saved data are kept.
Price changes. We may change Premium pricing. Price increases for recurring subscriptions are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect; you may cancel before the next billing period.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We notify registered users of material changes by email 14 days in advance.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or to the district court of their place of residence. Other disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court.
